                                              Amos & Andy.....

Hello … my name is Amos and my brother is Andy.  I am a studly
handsome shorthair, gold eyed black cat.   Brother Andy is a middle
hair good-lookin’ gold eyed gray cat.   Sadly, we need to find a new
home.  Our two-legged mom can’t care for us anymore due to health
problems.   We are missin’ her big-time but we are trying to keep our
little hairy chins up.  Andy and I have been together all our lives so
we must be adopted together. No ifs, ands or buts about that!  Right
now we are staying at Cottonwood Animal Hospital until the purrfit
match for us is found…we hope that doesn’t take too long.   Let me
tell you a little about us.  We were born on April 7, 1999.  Yes, I
realize that makes us 11 years old but you know what they say about
wine…. it gets better with time and so have we!!!   Andy and I were
both neutered and front paw de-clawed at a fairly young age so that it
is all we have known.   Due to this de-claw thing, we are totally,
like TOTALLY, in-door cats.  Our little soft paw pads have never
touched dirt!  We have been inside our whole lives, so someone putting
us outside even for just a walk-about would really scare us plus be
very dangerous for us.   Both of us have been awfully healthy our
whole lives … mom and dad took excellent care of us.  We have been
kept up-to-date on all our vaccines plus we have had regular dentals.
Mom and Dad always told us purrly whites are important to good
health!   I heard someone say that we will have another dental before
going to our new home.  Andy and I are like really friendly cats.  We
love to be patted and combed.    I guess brother Andy thinks I don’t
keep my face cleaned enough because he is forever grooming me!  We
enjoy watchin’ birds fly by and sitting on laps!    If anyone out
